Interested in sampling the culinary kaleidoscope of Singapore with the DineTime Co-Chairs? Want to get off the beaten track and away from the usual eateries that are well known to every visitor and business traveler, to find the real gems? These might be newly opened eateries, die-die-must-try classics, quirky cafes with an exotic menu or one of their favorites they would like to share. Depending on the cuisine, a sampling based on the restaurant’s specialties or an à la carte menu will be the format. 

Spouses and partners are welcome to all DineTime events.

Sharmin van Holsteyn
Over the past 10 years while exploring Asia and the Middle East, Sharmin has developed a passion for food.  Sharmin believes that food binds people together - good food and wine  with great company makes for a memorable evening. Sharmin has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years and has recently joined Bank of American Merrill Lynch. Sharmin is always looking for new PIEs (Partner(s) in Eating) so if you like food hopefully we’ll see you at the DineTime events.
