Dhwani Rana

Dhwani is a Global Sourcing Industry professional with over 8 years’ experience specialising in apparel product development & merchandise management. Dhwani started her career in fashion studies, majoring in Garment Technology at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi, India. 

Working in the sourcing industry gave her the opportunity to interact with global professionals & business spread across US, UK, India, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Italy, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia & Singapore.

Dhwani has worked with Fortune 100 companies as well as Singaporean homegrown businesses. This has aided her understanding of retail businesses, consumer behaviours, management practices and diverse work cultures. 

Dhwani has keen interest in mentoring, team building, process development, project management & relationship management. In pursuit of learning new skills, she has newly acquired graphic illustration for kids and is working on a children’s book.

Dhwani wants to make a difference by supporting women, especially mothers, to build & manage their professional aspirations by providing focused, emphatic & credible solutions.


Erika Behl

Erika Behl has worked in the management consulting industry for oil and gas clients for over 10 years, based in Southeast Asia.  She has assisted National Oil Companies, IOCs, investors and governments to achieve upstream sector growth via international expansion, M&A evaluation, and internal capability development. 

As an experienced project manager she has delivered large scale engagements for most of the national oil companies in Asia, including oil price forecasting and scenario planning, international growth strategies and strategic capability assessments.  For governments, she has led reviews of hydrocarbon fiscal regimes and analysed the potential economic benefits of the hydrocarbon resources in disputed areas. 

Erika is also an advocate for gender diversity in the workplace, serving as APAC representative for her company's Gender Working Group.  In that capacity she has advocated for working parents (introducing a Parental Leave Playbook and promoting the standardization of nursing rooms across her company), and contributed to her company's internal analysis of gender pay gaps and flexible working policies.

Erika has worked on four continents and hopes to inspire a similar curiosity about the world in her two sons.

Nadine Nached

Nadine is currently an HR Manager  with  experience  in  both  consultancy  advisory  services  and internal HR.  Nadine has extensive international professional experience having worked as an HR and talent acquisition specialist in the UK, France and Dubai before arriving to Singapore in 2012. 


Nadine  is  trilingual  (French,  Arabic  and  English)  and  holds  a  Master  of  Business  and  Human Resources Management from ISG Business School in Paris, France. 


Leveraging  her  multicultural  background,  Nadine  Is  passionate  in  contributing  in  the  Human Resource   and   Change   Management   Advisory   embarking   on   various   Human   Resources programs/initiatives  for  local  and  international  companies. 


Nadine  was  also previously  in charge  of  helping  Singapore  companies  in their internationalisation  journey  of  activities and operations. With her team, she provides comprehensive advisory and implementation for company formation in  oversea  markets  in  collaboration  with  the  cohesive  BDO  network  and  extensive  global connection. 


A mother of three children, she works on balancing parenting responsibilities and work obligations; and is exited to share  an  enthusiastic  and  positive  mindset  with  other  women  who also seek empowerment and support.
