Mothers Connect Group

The Mothers Connect Group is focused on providing mothers information on parenting and other hot topics unique to working mothers.  Our new programmes will focus on in-depth talks and panel discussions hosted by the subject-matter experts. The Professional Mothers' Group caters to mums with children of all age groups.

Most of our members work, and thus we are continually trying to balance multiple priorities. Tell us your needs or interests and we'll try to mobilise resources to help you out!

Erika Behl

Erika Behl has worked in the management consulting industry for oil and gas clients for over 10 years, based in Southeast Asia.  She has assisted National Oil Companies, IOCs, investors and governments to achieve upstream sector growth via international expansion, M&A evaluation, and internal capability development.

As an experienced project manager she has delivered large scale engagements for most of the national oil companies in Asia, including oil price forecasting and scenario planning, international growth strategies and strategic capability assessments.  For governments, she has led reviews of hydrocarbon fiscal regimes and analysed the potential economic benefits of the hydrocarbon resources in disputed areas.

Erika is also an advocate for gender diversity in the workplace, serving as APAC representative for her company's Gender Working Group.  In that capacity she has advocated for working parents (introducing a Parental Leave Playbook and promoting the standardization of nursing rooms across her company), and contributed to her company's internal analysis of gender pay gaps and flexible working policies.

Erika has worked on four continents and hopes to inspire a similar curiosity about the world in her two sons.
