The Small Business Group (SBG) provides members who have their own business, or are thinking of starting one, with the opportunity to share their experiences, contacts and best practices. The group is primarily focused on small businesses that provide services or professional skills.

SBG meets usually in a member's home, and includes a speaker or discussion topic along with a light dinner. Past meetings have covered writing a business plan, website design, tax issues, home office issues, work/life balance and time management. The group meeting size ranges from 15-25 members. If space is available, guests are welcome to attend one SBG meeting before joining PrimeTime.

Diann Bustamante

After decades in Administrative Management with IBM and Siemens, I came to Singapore ten years ago as a trailing spouse. Working hard to reinvent myself, I now teach childbirth classes and provide doula (professional labour support) services. I hope to support women with small businesses by organising workshops and networking events aiding our efforts to enjoy our life in our chosen careers. I have been a PrimeTime member since 2006, I co chaired the Mother Support Group and now the Small Business Group.
