PrimeTime is looking for a Vice President and an Events Director

We are looking for two senior leaders to join the PrimeTime Board: a 1st Vice President and an Events Director.

Since 1997, PrimeTime has brought together business and professional women from more than 30 countries living in Singapore. The Board is what keeps the association running, growing, and delivering for its members. Both roles are open for the 2026-2027 term.


1st Vice President

The 1st Vice President works closely with the President and the Board to guide strategy, support operations, and deputise for the President when needed. You will hold a portfolio of PrimeTime partnerships and advise fellow Board members across their work.

What you will do:

  • Help shape and deliver PrimeTime's strategic plan
  • Build partnerships with SCWO and other local women's organisations
  • Oversee joint events with external partners
  • Advise and support Board members across portfolios
  • Mentor a successor for a smooth handover at the end of your term

We are looking for someone with senior leadership experience, ideally in the non-profit space or with a multinational team, who thinks strategically and works well with diverse stakeholders.

Events Director

The Events Director makes sure PrimeTime has a strong calendar of events that bring members together and keep them coming back. You will lead the monthly 2nd Thursday flagship event and oversee the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) across our three pillars: Professional, Social, and Community Outreach.

What you will do:

  • Set the events strategy and calendar for the year
  • Host the monthly 2nd Thursday flagship event
  • Oversee the Holiday Party in December and the AGM in May
  • Grow and support the SIGs that drive member engagement
  • Build relationships with venues, sponsors, and partners
  • Lead and develop the Events volunteer team

We are looking for someone with solid event planning experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to motivate volunteers and manage a budget.
